I still do not understand the purpose of this. It is taking a completely, or near enough, anonymous system of tokens and side chains, and providing a way to attach identity linking assets to those anonymous ledgers. What is the point?
If that is the purpose, then why be in the crypto world to begin with and not just stay in the main stream commerce and use a live ledger concept for that, rather than go against the purpose of these to start with.

this project has a good reputation because by looking at a very strong team team, they are very serious to work, from my point of view it will be very profitable for the investor and especially in the long run it will be among the big market.

The presale was open only to Accredited Investors and requires KYC to be completed and verified. This gives the team enough time to carry out all the verification steps to ensure there is compliance. The Bankex team is also working on actively on developing the Bankex platform and protocol.

Great question and I think I can help answer it. The presale is only open to accredited investors and requires KYC to be completed and verified. The time in between sale dates allows the team enough time to perform all of the necessary checks.
