The intention was not to create FUD, and I did not create account just to post this. I have account for long time, but this was my first post.
Management did reach out to me and they are trying to fix the issue.
I have interest in this project, hence I am participating in the presale.

it's not selling you car. It's not share. It's utility token. This is the right to take the 1 ride on your car (similar to Uber-model). 1 token = one 15 min ride for instance

I have no problem with their presale KYC process, if you get a bad support team just complain to the higher officer, dont spread FUD, what is wrong with you.
