I don't get the ipo distribution. Where are the shares and why is it trading above .002 already? shouldn't there be a sell wall at .002 with 2.2mil coins? there's around 3,000 at that price range on banx.io

Hi there, all shares distribution is set out in this document:

http://banxcapital.s3.amazonaws.com/Banx_Capital_Prospectus.pdf

we are not selling all 2.2 million coins on banx.io , other exchanges are now picking us up and it would be negavtive in our marketing to have all 2.2 mill available for one hit.

Any other questions let me know

my only concern is what happens if all shares are not sold? Only 50K shares out of 2M sold so far. Also the block explorer has over 6M coins in existence?  have I missed something?

Hi there,

first of all those shares sold are not automatically updated on the website, something my dev will be doing this week.

As outlined in our prospectus we have set %% budgets for each operation and those percentages will be spent on each business as money comes in, so we don't need to be fully funded to start turning profits.

And rest assured I wont stop until we are fully funded.

If you read this it will explain fully the split of shares: http://banxcapital.s3.amazonaws.com/Banx_Capital_Prospectus.pdf

Best regards

Do not want to sound harsh, but if someone starts his announcement with:

have been an online entrepreneur since 1997 and over these years have run over 32,000 websites. I have made millions of dollars online, seen many dot com bubbles and, of course, the bursts.
It screams "SCAM".

All of the BTC raised will be spent as outlined in the prospectus.

Don't look at my signature!
One thing that really caught my attention was the future ability for third party companies to issue "crypto shares" using the platform that Banx is using for its initial IPO.  That is a game changer.  My background in venture capital is drawing up all sorts of possibilities in my mind but as I said before, I'm not 100% on where Mark is aiming.
I agree, that's where volume can really be a factor even with small trade fees.
I like the model, servicing both the niche and volume markets.
Get in touch with Mark if you have ideas or suggestions, he's very receptive to suggestions and easy to talk to.  I'm sure with your background you could offer some unique insight.

Do I understand right that banx coins are actually banx shares of company?
Exactly..a crypto share that you can use just like a cryptocoin - save to wallet, send to people, exchange, sell, store, etc with the benefit of then being rewarded a dividend...it's like a POS coin that is a share....it's pretty cool....and I'm pretty excited about the future of this coin Smiley

I've just spent a fair while sifting through the banx.io code on github, watching Mark's videos and reading the prospectus and I *think* he's on to a good idea if I understand things correctly.

This isn't a scam, clone coin, or coin... this is a business.  And lets be honest here, very few actual altcoins on here have a plan as clear as Mark's.  This is probably not a great forum for Mark to be pitching his business...too much FUD.

My view doesn't mean that I think it will succeed or fail but I just think that this company is on to something here.  I'm not 100% clear on what it is yet but if I'm right...cool!

thanks very much, appreciate the comments

Go with your instinct...they ARE onto something here...a complete crypto service company for those with loads of crypto experience and for those with none at all.
How do you appeal to the biggest market?  By increasing your potential market size and you do that by offerings to those that are currently not offered anything...
This is going to be big.....
