I would just like to say that i have been talking to Mark for a week or so now about various things, and he is very nice, and more importantly genuine, I had a few issues which once brought up where dealt with in a very professional manor and with a personal touch, i for one am looking forward to the future of BANX and the possibilities it holds. The team he has working on this have more than enough experience to take this boat where we want it to go and i encourage everyone to jump on before its sailed, if you have a look a the sheer amount of features/services and then take into mind that it is a share and not a coin, so selling is not even needed to profit, and then compare that other coins coming out with no features, no services, no idea what its for or who would use it, basic clones of the bitcoin chain, some 17 year old wrote with a ridiculous premine in the hope they will get rich when people start using it, I mean lets be fair here with our expectations, is Banx going to rocket to bitcoin status in a month, no, but it has a hell of alot better chance (of achieving the very sustainable goal they have outlined in detail) than alot of other options available right now and with this many services open now, how long before someone suggests something and boom we have a new service or feture cause these guys will actually listen to us

To save people to much time in googling all about me and Banx Capital (feel free to do so though) I thought I would include a link to my book released last year. It tells you everything (good and bad, its a very honest book, too honest some would say) about me and my past. I have always been totally open and honest no matter what and we want to be a company that anyone getting involved with knows everything about. As the founder of Banx Capital its of upmost importance to me.

So here is the link to download my book if anyone is interested: http://rebelentrepreneurbook.s3.amazonaws.com/Mark_Lyford_Rebel_Entrepreneur.pdf

It's for sale on Amazon too if anyone wants to actually buy it Wink

I also think you should immediately do the legwork required in contacting the devs of Sterlingcoin and Britcoin to be listed on the Banx exchange. Don't rely on the community here to put you in touch with them... show the cryptocurrency community you're a part of it, rather than seeking to extract 20% of your targeted 10,800 BTC investment from it exploitatively.

I will contact the guys from Sterlingcoin and Britcoin, but just to confirm we are only looking to raise 4,400 BTC , and none of it will be done 'exploitatively' its a simple IPO offering.

cheers

Looking at this with interest.
Truth is, like so many on here I've been burned.
That said, this looks like you are building a real business, run from a real address, with real people with real names!!

Sounds too good to be true...where's the catch !  Wink

I've been looking for an investment opportunity in crypto that is buffered against the price waves.
On paper, providing mutually beneficial services in and around Bitcoin and crypto in general sounds like a really sensible way to minimise risk wrt price volatility, whilst also maximising your exposure to all the benefits.  A one stop shop....

Is the cryptosphere going to be the biggest thing since the internet in the next 3-5 years?  Yes, definitely.
Could Banx be the next google?  Possibly.

I have Googled you, as anyone should, and it is clear you are not hiding who you are, or what you are about.
I really do think this level of openness is what this community has been waiting, no, needed, for quite a while.

This looks like a really exciting opportunity, I'll be investing.

Hi there,

first of all thanks for the positive comments Smiley

as you mention I have not hidden myself in any way, google me and you will find everything out about me and my past Smiley

here at Banx we pride ourselves on being open and totally honest (even if it's things people don't want to hear)

this is born out of total openness from me, something I have already done.

Hit me up any time if you would like to discuss any more in detail

First time I've ever seen projected statements of cash flow in a cryptocurrency whitepaper. Crypto is growing up  Cry Grin

I won't invest directly as 20% of that investment is directly lining dev's pocket, but hey, at least he's being up front about that.

I will point hashrate at this if it's still possible to mine it, though (no sound on my current computer so no point in watching the mining response video).

Though the multi-pronged business strategy could work through diversification, you'll have to do really, really well at each. This is not the case so far. What I'm seeing at Banx.io (3 currency pairs and a terribly thin trading interface) leaves me unimpressed.

What are your plans considering BTC's value is so much less than the USD500 as per your entire financial projections?

So far this seems primarily like a venture to put 2160 BTC in Mark Lyford's personal wallet.

Hi there, yes you're right we are fully upfront, unlike many other equity based share system exactly who own what and where the invested funds go. The reality is banx.io has only been online for 7 days and up until Thursday last week had some issues. This is brand new mate.

The reality is I think BTC will be back up at the $500 mark soon, and in the meantime we are aiming to sell to private investors for USD too.

I disagree re you 2160 BTC comment. yes of course i have been working my ass off , for what i hope will be a successful company very quickly. But the reality is if its not successful for the share holders it wont be success for me. Let me state here and now I own 20% of the BANX shares. those shares will not be sold by me for at least 6 months, none of them. so actually the only way I can personally earn out of Banx is from the dividends made from the shares I own.

All of the BTC raised will be spent as outlined in the prospectus.

I would love the chance to talk to you further, if you are on skype and up for a voice call add me on ID mjlyford

Anything else you need to know just let me know

Regards

Mark

Interesting.

Do BanxShares become PoW minable after a certain block number is passed ?

I did try solo mining using the wallet after seeing the listing on coinmarketcap.com on Saturday, however the block reward is ofc 0.00 currently. I didn't check the github code fully yet.  Smiley

...

Also, could you perhaps look to add Sterlingcoin (SLG) to your exchange fairly sharpish ? - As your also a UK based business / entity I think it would be appropriate.

See: http://sterlingcoin.org.uk and https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/annslg-sterlingcoin-v1611-united-kindom-cryptopia-721936

Cheers!

Hi there, no sorry no POW mining happening any more. I shot a quick video explaining more about it here: http://banxcapital.com/information-about-banx-shares-mining/

regarding Sterlingcoin, happy to have a look at it, can you email me at mark at banxcapital.com please? Assuming you are connected with the coin?

All the best

Mark

OK Thanks.

I'll PM Spencer (a Sterlingcoin Dev.) with a link to this post now. I've already had a discussion with them in regards to your new http://banx.io exchange service.

Anyway, I'm just building bridges.

Regards,

Many thanks my friend Smiley
