I think this is a very good strategy to avoid panic sell because the recipients of the BCNX will trend to hold more and that will help this exchange keep the reputation for all other investors. In my opinion, this exchange is having a lot of great success so BCNX will surely increase in the near future. According to the latest information, this exchange will be listed at Coinmarketcap so will attract more new investors.

In November there will be a lot of big special events and there will be an application on the phone so you are free to trade at any time if you want.
