As far as I know the bcnex project has distributed payments to bounty participants for phase 1.2 or 3 and what is currently not paid is only the payment for their airdrop claim xrp participants, and it seems the team has not yet decided when to pay the airdrop reward, but what is regrettable bcnex claims system is 0. 5% / day and of course if we get a lot of bcnex from the bounty it will certainly take a long time to withdraw the bcnex we have from the bounty.
