the system is being developed according to the road map. The launch of separate modules may be rescheduled, but not because of the extended ICO, but because it just takes our developpers a little more time than expected. Instead, the first version of BeEasy personal account will appear sooner than we expected. We are going to announce it very soon. Stay tuned!

BeEasy is in the process of obtaining Regulation D – approval of the possibility of issuing and trading EasyTokens on the United States territory by US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). It means that in the May BeEasy will be able to work with the US citizens and interact with American investors.

The extension is giving an opportunity to all investors who wants to invest in BeEasy. And for sure, this extension of ICO will have a good impact to the project and also to all their investors.

no bro you are correct Beeasy doesn't have a soft cap this is going directly to the hard cap without the soft cap their reach the 50% of the fund all features that you need is here at Beeasy.
