These units will never earn back more then 0.3BTC if delivered by next diff update.

If they are priced over 0.3BTC then they will be insanely overpriced, and a terrible investment.
Coinish says about $40 over 6 months.

Summing up the discussion on power spec.
One of our mining test that summary you can see in gallery, was running on laptop with USB 3.0 port.
So we know that 5+GH/s from device can be easily acquire with normal USB 3.0 spec.

Hi Filipeo,

Thanks for info.
Did you try USB 2.0 powered HUBs? I just wonder if USB 2.0 can deliver when it gets sufficient power on input.

To meet customer expectations we will provide sufficient USB 3.0 hubs in our store, that's every one can buy hub and get it in one package with ordered Bi•Fury's, to minimize unnecessary cost.
Now we are in negotiations with some producers to provide hubs in good price on right time.

First we thinking about Dipol Hub's.
But price per port is still very high.

For now we are most believe in ORICO A3H10 hub.
Price per port is right and quality is very good.

Hubs come with 12V4A external power supply, and manufacturer assured us that every port meets the full specification USB 3.0 (5V 900mA).

I will update some info about hubs and Bi•Fury sale in next weekend.

Waiting for these.   Will you know if these will run on bitminter.com  java client as plug n play.

I could  sell 1000 on ebay  at a fair price and  if they run on bitminter's java client as plug n play.      I sold around 1000 am sticks on ebay and my of my buyers want to use these 2x furies  on bitminter.com as a plug n play unit. just like an am stick

this is my ebay feedback  you can see I sold lots of sticks to happy buyers.

Have you had problems with Ebay or Paypal? I keep reading about Paypal accounts being closed and funds held for doing bitcoin related business. I have done some small time reselling on Ebay as well but I'm considering getting out because of the horror stories I keep reading.

I can't do preorders  as they cause endless problems.

by and by I am holding my own selling the sticks.
small margin no greed.
 push hard to ship fast.
sell 4 to 10 stick sets and at the lowest prices. this is important as I use  usps.com small flat rate boxes  to ship.
won't ever get rich but I am making some money.

+1 recommendation on the Gearmo hubs. Really solid product, and plenty of spacing for these BF1's.

But they will always be OFF after a power failure.
I'd recommend the ORICO P10-U3 instead.

gearmo comes back on  and has good spacing

they also work well with my am sticks.  the brick is too small but I use  this psu to run 4 of them

use with these wires

http://www.mcmelectronics.com/product/82-12675

these wires are moron proof   they light up blue with the center positive and they light up red with the center negative.

in the case of the hubs blue means go red means dead you blow the hub up.

I don't know if you guys are aware but ASICMiner is now providing a 49 port usb hub powered by an atx psu. It comes free with a purchase of 50 AM sticks. They are shipping this week. Since its already designed to handle a direct PSU connection I imagine providing enough current for these miners wouldn't be difficult.
They require an ATX power supply with 25 amps MINIMUM at 5 volts.  That gives 1/2 amp per port with the power supply running flat out.  There are a few supplies that offer 30 amps at 5v which are a better match for a full load of erupters.  49 * .85 is just over 41 amps which would want a 50 amp supply and 10 amps per pin that I think are rated at 8 or 9.

So, while the ASICMiner hub is a good match for 1/2 amp sticks when paired with a 30 amp supply, I don't think it would be a good match for higher power devices without some creative rewiring.

I have this 20 port

http://www.ebay.com/itm/20-USB-ASIC-miner-Block-Erupter-20-Port-Hub-for-Bitcoin-Mining-/111198908832?pt=US_USB_Cables_Hubs_Adapters&hash=item19e3f8b1a0

 with this psu

http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-GENUINE-LENOVO-THINKPAD-135W-AC-ADAPTER-FOR-MINI-DOCK-PLUS-SERIES-3-/130881117762?pt=Laptop_Adapters_Chargers&hash=item1e791f5e42

the hub came with this psu

http://www.ebay.com/itm/10-Lenovo-90-Watt-20V-4-5A-AC-Adapters-FRU-P-Ns-42T4427-42T4431-42T4-Genuine-/231053953156?pt=Laptop_Adapters_Chargers&hash=item35cbe38884

so 20 hubs accessing a 135 watt psu    may work okay.

works great with 20 am sticks.

figure 80%  x 80% = 64 %  of 135  or   a true 86.4 watts at 5 volts   divide by 20 =  4.32 watts a port  that is about  .864 amps per port.

the first 80% is conversion of 20 volt to 5 volt.  the second 80% is  the safe rate for 24/7/365 ops.

so that hub with the better  power brick may be safer.

20 x 5gh sticks would be a very nice piece of gear.  I can't wait until NOV 1 to order some.

This is a great innovation and huge jump from the typical 333Mh/s to 5Gh/s usb miner. Maybe soon it could be 50Gh/s or more in a tiny usb stick.  Cheesy
