Morning people. An update, as of now all the financial losses to the value of BIGUP are on Prospecta. As per my conversation with a "professional" lawyer the case is open and shut. Anyone who held the BIGUP currency is owed restitution by the actions and admitting of extortion by Prospecta himself. The statement he made through his fake account about defamation of character hasn't a snowballs chance in hell of him having any case as he would have to show financial loss incurred to him by any defamation which he has none. Prospecta is as dumb as a rock, it shows and he would clearly just piss off any judge for wasting his time. The proof of the loss is one of the investors clearly stating he is dumping his investment in Bigup based on what Prospecta stated and Prospecta is clearly cheering him on. The losses are estimated at current to be around USD43,000.00 plus damages not to mention every coin staked there after is being created at a loss. So $43,000.00 is the starting point. Best part of all this, you will make a profit after all on BIGUP and not have pay for a lawyer at all. I suggest everyone that has held BIGUP during this estimate their losses and put it to the side I will post what to do in the future. Even if he has nothing, the court will seize his assets of any value and if he finds any employment in the future his wages will be seized to settle any outstanding debt. If he is a minor, well his parents are going to be responsible. If he is not capable of paying the restitution, I will ask for the maximum penalty of jail time. So his future in a nut shell is a fine of USD10,000.00 plus restitution of currently USD43,000.00 and/or some jail time. Prospecta clearly will be found as he can not stop and everything is traceable to the FBI. Sorry about the paragraphs Joe.

One of the thing that worried me is the main site that never fully launches i don't know why the webmaster cannot or won't launch it when everything is already there ,the webmaster of the main site should launch and just make necessary changes along the way,what is really the problem why it cannot be launch..

Just because the network is working and you're staking the coin for rewards doesn't mean shit. If it's not worth anything, it's not worth anything, regardless of if it works or not.

Like someone said earlier, it really is up to the users to make this coin valuable. I think the dev team said everything they had to say by addressing the troll. That's where their focus went. Reporting him to the FBI and going back through all of his post history, and trying to convince the rest of us that he was trying to extort them, blah blah blah.

As a once-supporter of BigUp, let me be the first to say that I personally believe that the way the dev team and its supporting representatives handled this fud was absolutely immature and unprofessional, and it will be damn near impossible to bounce back from this. Why? Because the belly of the beast has already been shown, and the buttons were pushed, which in return showed the true colors of the supporting team of this coin. They act immaturely, unprofessionally, and can't handle an iota of pressure. I should have known that when I got called names in the YoBit chat by salmen and kaltun for telling them to stop spamming "BIGUP BIGUP BIGUP" over and over.

However BIGUP deserves this, I suggest researching HIFUN it was run almost identically to this one.  I would imagine the BIGUP dev is the HIFUN dev back for more free loot.

I think Bigup is not the only one doing that,there are many coins on Yobit that has undergone ICO why pick Bigup alone are you also doing this to other ICO coin becoming a crusader I notice that you are doing this to Bigup community but you are not posting on other coins that deserves your lashing..

You are wrong, the dev is the scourge.  Selling pointless ICO's on Yobit to try and effectively be gifted a few measly BTC, then promise the world and deliver absolutely nothing all whilst plotting how to best dump the premine.

In this dev's case he went even further and tried to say dumping the premine would benefit his coins community and thats about where I thought fuck this I'm going to cause some grief because this guy deserves it.
