Hashrate jumped again in baspool and again - welcome people bye-bye profit  Wink

How do you mine with soo high hash rate?
I have only 8kH, the rest is not mine  Cheesy

Ok. But 8Kh/s are soo good. What GPUs?

I started with my laptop but now I stop, because I get soo poor hash rate.

and the GPUs are soo expensive right now. =(

I think hardfork is apart of development. So the development team are serious to this project. Shocked

you will not lose coins. blockchain still the same.

Seems we need to Hard Fork to fix "Transaction size is too big". It'll happen on this saturday or sunday.

What will happen to the coins?

How not ot lose it?

BAS is young so i hope fork will not make peoples turn away from it  Wink
Hardfork is a usual thing in fact, a lot of coins are coming through it. Think it's an indicator that a developers team taking care about their project and basically a good sign  Wink

Correct. Just look at how many times Monero and Ethereum has hardforked. These are protocol upgrades and the market should reward them as BitASEAN becomes more usable as a result.

Do you know what Block Number the hard fork will occur in? As soon as you do you will need to publish that information here and with the exchange(s) so people can prepare well in advance ie: miners stop mining, exchange switch chains, etc.

Also will the hard fork require us to download a new wallet? If so a guide for people on how to backup and restore their old wallet file to the new wallet might be appropriate.

Hardfork is fine. There's always some risk, but it's gotta be done. I hope the exchanges and pools are on board.

Don't worry, it's working now. I'm trying to test something.

Some trouble with BAS chain, or this http://128.199.118.37 block explorer? Why difficulty get down to 300k and hash rate 4.89 ?

UPD

And emission 1.78% ! Was it rollback?

Good question. It appears the block explorer is on some type of fork or testnet but if you click Pools you see the correct information for the mainet.

Bytecode Dev Team, what's going on?

Thanks for the speedy response! That's a good habit to have.

Good question. It appears the block explorer was on some type of fork or testnet but if you click Pools you see the correct information for the mainet. Also if you click on Blocks nothing appears and no blocks are updating even though blocks are being found on baspool and solo so it looks like the Dev was doing some tests on a testnet but didn't put the block explorer back correctly on the mainet.
