I have a same problem on this pool, my coins are stuck in pending status too. How to resolve it?
Dev you need to take care of this issue with impossibility to send more than 500-1000 coins.

Have you considered a crowdfund from early adopters/investors to raise the 3BTC if you don't have it? Without a better exchange this project is a great idea going nowhere. If you need help there are people willing to help but you need to let them know you need it.
