It seems bitcoin cash is doing great this weekend, I have seen its price increase even if BTC price falls and now and it is on the 600$ plus. Well played to all the investors and traders who had BCH. Cheers!

Is it possible to claim bitcoin cash without revealing which bitcoin address claimed the coins?

I thought they didn't want CTOR is because buisnesses would have to change how they work, putting them slightly out of commision for a while? so now the plan is just to completely halt the network? thats not very useful for p2p cash.

If csw recommends to hold fiat instead of bch for the hf and coingeek tries to buy as much hashpower as possible and so far bch price has tanked so hard since ath, would be unfair to assume that calvin ayre sold his bch coins already and now tries to buy them back cheaply? Or is the use of Ockham's razor against intellectual weapon regulations?

I have my BCH on a Trezor, should I move them before 15 Nov to claim both forks?

trezor works with electron cash

when you are in electron cash with your trezor select this server (bch.electrumx.cash) which runs an SV node or another one from the list on electrons website https://electroncash.org/nov2018.html .  You can check which server runs what node software in the banner when you connect (console tab)

Ok thanks, good to know!

Are users coins safe while all these shitheads argue among themselves?

if you're in control of your private key and don't transact during all this weirdness you'll be fine.

FABA-BREAK THROUGH IN VENTURE CAPITAL MARKET
So is the fork now 100% confirmed? When would it happen? Will it be 1:1?

The pump is definitely because of the fork, therefore the decision is probably atm quite final - fork is happening.

Clueless!

Again...do I have to move my BCH from my BTC blockchains to its own BCH address to take advantage of the BCH coin fork?

or can the stuff all sit still piled on my 2015 BTC address untouched?

(likely I need a BCH address...just double checking)

brad

you should be able to do it later with no problem as I understand.
i read it won't be possible to claim the fork with ledger but i don't find info for trezor
does it more safe to deposit all our bch on binance for the fork?
electron cash wallet should recognize both node types and you can use your trezor with electron cash also
http://docs.electrum.org/en/latest/hardfork.html

Did you get a source for this? I mean I think it would be just like Craig Wright to only fork off the BCH addresses of current wallet addresses...not the legacy

BTC wallets that also have BCH on them untouched......it is how he rolls...IMHO.

thanks Smiley

I'm just paranoid...better to be paranoid and wrong, than paranoid right! Smiley

(hell ..I should put that with my other motto...buy high, sell low) Sad

my life is weird...

A pre 2017 August 01 UTXO should allow you to claim any and all of the forks, along with BTC, BTG, and whatever other miscellaneous fork you might be interested in. Just as in earlier forks.

If you have already split your BCH, your current private keys should allow you to claim each of the upcoming Bitcoin Cash forks (if any, which seems pretty likely at this point). No need to commit to anything at this point.

I may be full of shit. As always, do your own due diligence.
