Is it dead?
Ok people. Let's do a community take over. Let's fork the coin. Anyone knows how to do that ?
Its dead. even if you fork it, the exchanges will never relist the coin.
Its dead. community takeovers rarely work.
Its dead. Either the dev pulled off a scam, doesn't know how to code, or never bothered to test his code on test net.

Last time this happened where a dev launched a coin and used a wallet to dump extra minted coins, bittrex delisted and never relisted the coin.
You guys can try to revive this trash, best bet it to look over the code and relaunch the coin as fresh. no instamine/ninja mine/scam hype mine.
Another PoS alt biting the dust? I had doubts from the beginning of the thread about it's legitness. I better stick to my PayCon. At least I'm sure about my money - it's clearly stated in OP that ''Paycon will be the best investment you could ever make''
