Hello,

Personally, I have no problems with that exchanger. Of course, I trade a very small amount and chose this exchange due to the fact that it is possible to replenish the balance with a bank cards, as well as to withdraw to visa card.

hi, i made a 41k + usd withdrawal request in btc and ltc and after writing you an email because it was pending after 24hrs you blocked my account, so i was not able to see my trade history or my withdrawal history. and i am still not able to login to my account after entering the 2FA key, this error message shows up "Whoops, looks like something went wrong. ".
How can we solve my problem?
