i had a withdrawal issues(it was still pending after 24hrs) and i have send them a support ticket and i did receive an automatic reply and today my account has a Verification Status of BLOCKED, but i was a verified user! @all stay away from this exchange!

BiteBTC reduced the commission for withdrawal of funds for Waces. It is very good that the exchange changes the commission in the direction of reduction. If BiteBTC's team will reduce the cost of withdrawal of other tokens it will be very good.

With trading everything is fine in biteBTC exchange , orders standard, terminal no problem opening and closing trade. The platform is quite simplified. From my account balance is withdraw normally.
Do not use this exchange! After verifying and depositing, they blocked my account and I can not access my funds for over a week now!

Now I get the same old e-mail, no explanations except for "violation against terms & uses" while copy & pasting the same old answer over and over again.. Still, can not access my funds.
