I have been waiting for my funds for more than a month and have already sent all the necessary documents for a dozen of their requests, but my account is still blocked

Hi. Exchange is SCAM.

I transfer to BiteBTC 83k DOGE and exchange it to BTC. When i send request for withdraw I recive next E-mail:

I answered:
Transaction TXID 85d25f0bf4094c20edfdbf627e817cbd284e8482a23fd9497631f722d68e95ca is a transfer 83412.28174359 of DOGE from TradeOgre. Coins obtained as a result of trading.

Transaction TXID 6e8a88a5a5de6b2b24464a08d3a2c78c4bd99c637f1355008a970f51cd0e6a79 is a transfer 100 of DOGE from TradeOgre

they suddensly asked for verification though i already have done this and asked where did i found my coins, and documents to prove it
i said i mine them and they never answered probably a scam exchange

Same as me.
I make deposit with 70500 fet ( 1.69 btc) then I try to withdraw and nothing happens. After few days waiting I get the same message.  I verify my fu ts but still not answering.  Best option who I can advise you is get the solicitor he can contact with all Singapore org ( police, court )

Good afternoon. Can you answer my friend to my 2 last questions ? I think that no...Why ? Because you have not reactivated any of your members' disabled/blocked accounts. Also, your support gives the same (and without any value) answers. I say it again: The final result is the most important. Unfortunately, many of your members see their accounts and coins in disabled/blocked status. Is this legal ? I don't think so...

lol there're just bots operating no real support most new users will receive same e-mails from support:

a)Can you tell me please, how many accounts did you put in disabled or blocked status ?

b)How many accounts did you reactivate the last 3 months ?

I have met many comments from your members about their blocked/disabled accounts.
However, I did not read any comment for the reactivation of one or more accounts.
Can you explain it ?
I am waiting about your answer.  Also I am waiting about the reactivation of my account and the completion of my withdrawal.

You verify my acc sole quick.  Then you ask my to send you source of my funds. I send you all staf and contact you with your suport 10 times with no answer.  Because i send you 70500 fet coins and coins team it was so politely to give as support and details.  Hope sole police and my lawyer to catch you soon.
