I was a fully verified trader since December 2018. I trust this exchange and traded a lot here.

My deposit and withdrawal was always confirmed in time (though they are less than 0.1 BTC). I have given back most of the coins/token which was hampered by the fire accident. Thank you for the team.

Yesterday I deposited 58158.9 xvg tx:    5529caf63c90aecf6dbb2a30328add00a988ad453d47628ed1e725e6b1201d0d) (a total of 0.1 BTC) to my bitebtc account. Along with my previous balance  I traded in the following order XVG - BTC - USD - NEO and I requested a withdrawal of 52 NEO (0.121 BTC).

Till that time everything was alright. But today morning when I logged into my account to check the status of my withdrawal, I found i have blocked.

Till not found any reason of this also all of my balances become zero. I am a clean trader and till now I have not violated any rules according to your terms and conditions given https://bitebtc.com/terms.

Already fifteen days passed and BiteBTC still did not send my money!!! When I open a ticket about withdraw problem always same below mail is coming.

So now I am asking,

1- When you will send my money? (It is 1087$)
2-If you dont send my money you accept that you are a thief and stole my money. Is it correct?
3-If you accept that you stole my money, do you think that I will leave it or forget it?

Result: Believe me scammer BiteBTC owners!! and all staff whatever it costs, I will take my money back.

You never mentioned any thing about fiat in the "Coin Redistribution",

how do you expect people remember what was the amount do they have exchanged to fiat before the "fire" ?

Even I do have the record, what is the txid you need of fiat ?

Can I give you the amount now ?

Today, some traders’ accounts were credited with fiat deposits in USD and CNY made before the Fire incident, which we were able to identify using Bank accounts statements.
In total, about 6.1% of the fiat accounts suffered from the fire and today we have restored these funds.

Fiat Deposits Statistics:
USD: $2.103.300 credited, $602.500 left
CNY: 4.492.000 credited, 1.539.200 left

As usual, withdrawals are available in your personal account.

Some deposits were left without crediting, because some of the traders who lost their accounts did not re-register them with the same e-mail and KYC data that they used before the fire.
We are ready to refund these fiat deposits as well.
To do this, trader needs to re-register an account and contact the Support Team, providing the data of your fiat deposit(s).

Important: if you made a deposit in a cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH etc), which was exchanged for fiat, then it was necessary to fill in the Coin Redistribution form in order to receive this deposit on your balance.
The deadline for submission is expired on January 31, 2019. Almost all coins were redistributed among the traders who notified us about the deposits made.

You have also been accused multiple times of requiring that traders send you 0.01 BTC before you will let them withdrawal from their accounts. They have provided screenshots of their emails from your exchange. This is not an honest practice to engage in.

The fact that your BTC price is also always at a $200 premium to market prices also makes you look like a scam trying to entice new investors to deposit their BTC.

I recommend to everybody that they steer clear of this exchange. They have scam accusations against them going back to July 2018:

I gave my record of TXID, you said it's fake that I was trying to "double spent attempt".
