Hooray for non-equilibrium thermodynamics!
Update:

We're progressing through orders in more or less consecutive fashion. We're now finishing late 400's and well into 500's. Some orders take more time to prepare, which is causing non-consecutive completion.

Thank you to all of you who chose to stay with us. We're working hard to deliver your gear in time. And as we used to say in Finnish Demo-scene "fuckings to lamers" (who cancel their order after we put so much work and effort into producing it on time as promised.) You're not many, and you won't be missed nor served in the future.

P.S. There are 2 satoshi -related easter eggs hidden in both our hardware and software. Can you find them? First to post both gets a FREE H-card, so don't post if you find only 1! Wink

"fuckings to lamers" - nice saying! Not to be confused with "fucking the llamas", which is a bit different Wink.

We're still with you Punin, you guys are doing an awesome job Grin. Consistently delivering what you promised (and more) when you promised it (if not a bit earlier) - what more can you say.

Should be 500W +-15W. This is based on my own measurements.

How's the power consumption?

At the moment, I don't have anything to measure it, I will come back to you.
But it can't be much, the whole setup doesn't even get lukewarm Smiley

Thank you darkfriend and Tupik!

Sometimes I could just beat myself  Cheesy After a minute of compiling: mmmh nothing is happening... maybe I should power off/on the pi? oooh the impatience!

np... if you are using customized best.cnf, you may want to try to get rid of it and let the improved auto-tuning to do its job. In my case, the improved auto-tuning provided additional 10% hashpower.

I owe my soul to the Bitcoin code...
Can you do the upgrade on V1 hardware or is that not recommended?

Chainminer has been updated. You can update by SSH into your pi, then
Code:
cd /opt/bitfury/chainminer
git pull
make clean
make

Then go onto web interface and stop-start your miner. We've had good results with this version even with autotuning on.

Damn, I think I could use some help!  Embarrassed

I did everything mentioned above, but now the miner doesn't work anymore...

I get some warnings after I enter "make":

warning This file includes at least one deprecated or antiquated header which may be removed without further notice at a future date.
warning: comparison between signed and unsigned integer expressions [-Wsign-compare] handylib.cpp: In member function ‘void handylib::Time::scache() const’:
warning: variable ‘tm’ set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable]

What should I do?
Or can someone point me to a clean SD image with the newest chainminer?
Warnings are only warnings. They are for developers and you don't have to pay attention to them. I upgraded my chainminer today, it takes maybe 15 minutes to compile on RasPi and it did produce multiple warnings. Did you restart the miner afterwards? It does not start automatically. You have to start it from web interface, or with a shell command:

sudo /opt/bitfury/start-miner.sh

These are warnings .. nothing to care ....

You should wait 10 min ...until the pi gets back to the command line ...
make usually takes some minutes to finish ...

Hooray for non-equilibrium thermodynamics!
I understand that they've changed the R02 resistor - in effect they've permanently built the pencil mod into the hardware already.

they changed R01F ... you still can pencil mod R02F ... it is now in circuit 1.8k ... pencil to 1.7k brings it to 35GH ... this is what I've heard from user reporting it who already received boards ... yesterday ...

as soon as I get my boards I will try to give more info ... :-)

Great stuff, looking forward to it.

Was there an answer on if they would ship to the US?  I might have missed it.
