You can dump private key of one address or dump all the wallet. Use the code in your Console, and command line.
You can copy your wallet file in the directory. Open your wallet, choose the tab Windows, choose Information. You will get the directory in which your wallet file is stored.
Copy the link in Datadir line that is something like. Copy and paste the link into the Search box of your OS and open the folder.
You will see the sub-folder wallets
Copy and paste the wallet file as your backup. Use it on your other computers.

How to export a wallet such private key or anything to save or moving my wallet to another device? i have a habit to reinstall my windows frequently.
If you use a Windows wallet, there are 2 ways.1. Copy your wallet.dat file (do this when the client has finished working). After changing the system/computer, overwrite the wallet.dat file with your own, which you copied and saved.
2. Extract all private keys. Do this for each of your addresses using the Client Console.

Circulating supply is only 10,523,645 BGL, so the price is really cheap at the moment, we just need more exposure and it will only happen with bigger excchanges trading this coin.

The total supply is small and price is cheap. If you make your comparison to many overvalued DeFi tokens, you can see this altcoin can have better price. The team have run some contests and increase the exposure of this project in media. I think with this initiatives from the team and the general uptrend of the crypto market, this coin will at least reclaim its all time high days ago.
The all time high could easily be achieve because the market is currently hype, but as an investor, we are looking for stability and it seems like it will not happen until we see BGL listed in a bigger exchange with some consistent trading volume. For now, the volume looks unstable as it could drop and pump into big numbers anytime and that would affect its price as well.

I see DEXes as the way that the markets would develop, on PancakeSwap there's some liquidity present already and the fees are very reasonable. What do you suggest as a more liquid exchange?

Just read on the first page, one of Bitgisell's targets is "B" exchange with a fee of 60BTC. I don't know when it will be realized considering the high fee for only 1 exchange. I think this target can be achieved in a cheap way even for free if team know and can reach a certain trading volume which makes this "B" exchange interested to be included in the free listing via community vote.
I can assume that to build a bigger community and increase exposure BGL won't cost up to 60BTC in order to achieve high trading volume (naturally).
