the question is, whether they have no loss when selling their token ? the price of STU when ICO is 888stu/1eth or 0.00112eth/1stu now the STU price is 0.00012ETH in etherdelta and 0.05 $ in hitbtc.

what is the reason the token holders sell their tokens?

The question "problem or its normal" does not make sense at all. You are part of a huge market and if the price drops then that is what the market wants. Asking whether it is "normal" or not sounds a bit weird. I think bitJob is a very nice project and if they deliver the market will probably recognize that.

yes, if we really understand what the project is and what the team is doing, we may not concern about the short-term price, it doesnt make sense compare with the huge profits as the time running

You should consider product development according to the roadmap. At the moment there is only market speculation by short terms traders. Also as soon bitJob reach more exchanges and bigger volumes price will stabilize

Are you talking as one of Bitjob's investor or Bitjob's bounty participants? I assume you are one of Bitjob's participants, so ask your question to the manager (Jamaleazez) when the bounty will be distributed.
