I am missing coins too.

My ~0.03 BTC I tumbled yesterday evening haven't been sent to the deposit address.
I did use their service previously without any problems.

I have sent my letter of guarantee to LoyceV to verify.

PM me your letter of guarantee and I will refund your 0.03 BTC out of our pockets.

Just got the refund from @PrivCoin.

I reviewed the letter and this user was scammed by the service unless they come back and provide the coins or an explanation. We get people asking to switch addresses with good reason all the time for example ETH contracts that will reject ETH.

1.2 BTC was stolen - waiting 4 days
They do not answer emails.
Are you willing to post your Letter of Guarantee in public? I know it's a lot to ask, as you use a mixer for privacy. So far nobody has been willing to publish it, and public proof would be the last nail in the coffin.

Indeed, sending btc 4 days ago, you  did not find out what's going on here, scam accusation was started 11 day ago.
Also would be nice if you provide proof of scam.

Goodbye, Z.
Bitmixcoin claimed toberichter would confirm they have repaid the 16BTC, yet there has been a post by toberichter today, and no such confirmation (quite the opposite, "Scam confirmed").
Everyone should realize by now that this has turned into an exit scam and any coins sent to bitmixcoin are lost forever.

Maybe it is not a good move to write in other's mixing services ANNs, however in the light of the last events we cannot name bitmixcoin a mixing service. It is most likely a scam adventure.

You know, for me this is a remarkable incident. I tried so hard to build my own service and still put a lot of effort in it. Unfortunately we have quite poor reserve and it was 2 times already when people sent us more coins than we can handle. It is a pity that people trust us and we cannot handle their requests properly. I have returned all the funds to the users.

And now when I see that somebody is ready to send 16BTC to a mixer without so much reputation. I am like  Undecided Cry give me those coins and I will build a great business that will benefit all the participants. Well, of course it doesn't work like this.

Oh, forgot to mention. I also work for chipmixer.

Already confirmed(by some people) that that 16BTC has been sent to correct address signed with bitmixcoin.io main address, so fault impossible, other question where is tobericher with confirmation or denial regarding change address via email?!
I have read the letter of guarantee so I can confirm that an address posted by bitmixcoin.io was sent 16+ btc.
and the deposit address signed in that letter has received a ~16BTC transaction over a week before bitmixcoin.io claimed to NOT have received the btc.

I can confirm, the user deposited 16BTC to an address signed by bitmixcoin.io and the funds have not yet reached to target destination also signed by bitmixcoin.io
We still haven't seen the deposit but we confirmed the latter of guarantee with our system.

my bad... previous post by Vod and Lutpin clearly confirmed the deposit address provided by bitmixcoin.io has received 16 btc
but I wonder why bitmixcoin.io still denying the fact and say "We still haven't seen the deposit"
that's a stupid thing to say as a reason when dealing with public ledger crypto Tongue
even if they haven't seen it in their wallet, they can see and confirm by checking web based blockchain explorer

We fixed everything with the user, you can send a private message to the user or email him.
---snip---
We still haven't seen the deposit but we confirmed the latter of guarantee with our system.
what has been fixed? my understanding of your post is,
you claimed you haven't 'received' the deposit but you confirmed the Letter of Guarantee is valid
so everyone would agree that nothing is fixed or solved until your customer gets back his bitcoin
unless it was tobericher's fault sending to wrong deposit address not owned by BITMIXCOIN.IO

Will you all remove the negative feedback's after the user will confirm? of course not, you're just looking for an option to burn a solid mixer.
I believe those DT members will remove their negative feedbacks once everything is clear and confirmed by both sides, you and tobericher

Goodbye, Z.
As zazarb is no longer escrowing funds on your behalf, you need to update your original post to reflect there are NO funds escrowed for user protection right now.
The way it is, you are giving a false sense of security where there is none, as the escrow was returned to you.

Yes, you've posted an update, but just remove the section about the escrow completely, as it doesn't apply anymore.

I am missing coins too. I have sent my letter of guarantee to LoyceV to verify.
You can forward it to me as well, to eliminate the claim of bitmixcoin that this is an attack by a "chipmixer employee" on their reputation.

Typical scammer tactics, just deny everything, play dumb, and wait for the next victim.

I have read the letter of guarantee so I can confirm that an address posted by bitmixcoin.io was sent 16+ btc.
Good luck arguing Vod works for ChipMixer:

Now let's see how red this scammer's account can get!

TL;DR: BITMIXCOIN.IO is a SCAM!

Please remove "PROTECTION/SUPERLIST" from the title to make it correct.

It is so funny, all of your replies you're trying to make us look bad and in the first opportunity you're jumping and accusing us.
Sure, let's ignore the signed message that proves 16 Bitcoin disappeared.
Please publish the letter of guarantee, which pretty easily can be manipulated or faked.
We generate digitally signed proof (Letter of Guarantee) for every order. So when you send us bitcoins to be mixed, you have a proof that incoming address has truly been generated by our server.
Cheesy funny guy Cheesy
if it is easily manipulated or faked, why would you use this signed message method as a "Letter of Guarantee" in the first place?
are you going to say that the message was signed NOT by your official address?
btw, any chance the signed message will be posted here? I'm eager to hear what he would say about it Wink
