Yes we know that their are lots of good PTC/PTS sites But these PTC/PTS sites didn't give you free credits to advertise your own website for free. Now when you advertise your own website and members see your website then admin had to pay them too for viewing your ad but as an advertiser you actually didn't pay anything to get visitors to your website, you just got these credits for free.
Did you think about it, when users view your website then who'll pay them? If you want to earn then why didn't you pay to others for visiting your website?
At this stage the admin pay 5, 10 and upto 25 satoshi to members those visit your website . But you didn't point out this fact as it is against you. Isn't?
And we mentioned it on everywhere on the email we send, on this forum, that this a temporary solution to protect our website from Cheaters/Bots, once we removed these bots we get back on routine and start paying satoshi again to Free members.
So this is an advice (take it or leave it, it is up to you) unilateral approach to success is not good, you have to think about the others too.

I think you have to change the system cause BTC rise up atm?
Currently we are under Bots attack and that's why we slightly change our policy and stop giving satoshi to free as most of free members are automated bots. The OP said that he generates revenue from multiple sources. See this post and this post.But relaying a business on an ad network is not possible, that's why our main focused are on advertisements sales (Credits, Banner, Login Startup pages). Regarding your questions for satoshi, when a real human surf we get benefit from it, even if he surf more than 1000 website he didn't make burden for us.
Now in members mind this question occurs, If admin gets profit from members surfing then why they stopped paying satoshi to them(Free Members)?
The answer is that, as we giving satoshi for surfing due to this lots of bots, hackers and cheaters turn toward us to make easy bitcoin which is not beneficial for us, not for loyal members and specially not for advertisers. So far currently, until we find a permanent solution for BOTS/CHEATERS we didn't pay for surfing to the free members and once we stop Bots permanently we start giving satoshi again to free members.

And it is impossible to pay 5 satoshi for every site surfed . Because I know mellow ads pays for only unique visits. Bitmedia pays only for clicks. Thats what i told op needs to place a cpm ad in every page . i can guess the profit from adnetworks because I own 3 faucets.

OK, I found the problem after asking my ISP. The IP connect foreign site is share the same IP with people, unless I reset my hub or the IP will never change.
There must lots of cheaters in our country, I reset again and again to change my IP always got the same massage.

Hello, it's true this site returns error as following: NO PROXY/VPN/TOR ALLOWED. Cache cleared, cookies cleaned. No change in error.
