First of all sorry! for the late reply. Surfing 1000 websites helps you to earn upto 10000 Satoshi = 0.0001BTC = (Currently =) 0.12$. But your actual earning might higher than that because you receive up to 4000 point too for surfing 1000 websites and according to the previous month point conversion rate 1000 point = 0.00013BTC = 0.16$ for 4000 points its equal to 0.64$.If 10 websites will take you 2 minutes then, 100 websites is 20 min and 1000 websites is 200 minutes.

Without fixed price per surfed page, not sure you ll have lots of luck compared to other manual surf websites.
