Nothing in the body of the email and I'm not about to open the attachment.

XSV was delisted by bittrex months ago, there's an announcement about it
maybe you can contact bittrex customer service and create ticket to solve your problem
they will gladly help you to send back your coins, i hope

good question. first site just unresponsive for a few secs, the all coins disabled for ? maintenance. Nothing on their Twitter for now.

Thanks, I will backup my QR code/secret code, does this enable me to login again if I used this with another installation of Google Authenticator?

i never tried here in bittrex, but in another exchange, i can login again using another android phone
if you are not sure, just tried it
i think if you use same google email, you can login again using that QR code/secret code
