OMG this is scary. I am also getting those default check FAQ emails. No reply from a real human it seems

Have a big amount of Stellar (XLM) stuck after deposit to Bittrex. Opened support ticket about 3 weeks ago, just get a few emails that they are sorry for the delay and if my problem is solved yet.

NO IT IS NOT.

How difficult is it to add members to support team? I am patient, but 3 weeks + is a long time for a reply

Bittrex has been my favorite exchange for years. I'll never ever trade on this platform again.

Seems like it happened to everyone too, my manual enhanced verification ticket had some magic done to it yesterday and now everything seems fine, lots of new regulations too, so not surprised they reset everyone's status

It's probably a bit late to move my BTC to Bittrex for the new SegWit2x fork but does anyone know if Bittrex are supporting this new date for the fork (Thurday 28th December) they said they would support the previous announced date, but will they do it with this new one ?

Still waiting for a response to my support ticket I submitted two weeks ago. Withdrawal levels for my 3+ years old account were set to 0 without any notification or warning. I did nothing wrong. I traded from time to time. They request to do verification. The simple verification (by providing personal data) did not work because it searches data in a database and that database only contains information of US citizens. when the transaction is not confirmed the money on pending deposit but when the transaction is confirmed the money disappeared.

I already sent 18925.33998580 XEM to XEM's Bittrex wallet with Transaction id: 8e31272b1571cb59e9d91c47d999b9ac975b202dbe5f6afea5c05ace2eb5fecf but I filled wrong messenger requirement., the correct messenger should be 25c86cab1bb542f79a2. Please help to support me get back my XEM. Thank you.

I understand very clearly that this case is very seriously and may take a lot of time to close but 1 month is very long time and I will be killed by my boss if I can't take his money back within next days, this is much more important than the money I lost. It is a million dollar question nowadays.

2fa trick looks to be working time to time so you can try it. But probably you need to be very lucky.

If only I knew.. I just had a 2Fa issue fixed before this.. i wonder if i can lose a phone again :|

I have same problem, my ticket is #853433

I'm having the same issue as well. However, I am beginning to wonder if it's because of the upcoming Bitcoin God hard fork today. Not sure why they wouldn't be able to add it to our balance though. My pending deposit seems to have dropped after about 3 days of waiting to get confirmed. If it's not because of the fork, then they're going to need to increase the time it's qued to get confirmed.
