Possible buy QTL on Poloniex? Cannot understand how to use it for Poloniex...

As long as bitcoin prices are still high it looks like the other coins are not so fast to jump high, so far there has been no change for coins that are in bittrex and polo..

why is QTL so low today? because of the polo delist? im thinking of buying some for the auto trader. will there be a pump soon? lol

I get all that.  Having said all of it, I still think Markus at least owes the people here a little conversation.  There are those of us who are perfectly willing to give him a chance to make good, but need to have an idea from him that he wants to do this.  I, for one, completely understand work and family and other life crap getting in the way, I have been there myself.  However, I have never ask people to invest money in my pursuits.  That is all I am saying.

As far as Poloniex goes, he was talking about making the trader available through a license and I think that is the way to go.  Get away from depending on the exchanges for the trader to work.  If the coins reaches a high enough dollar amount, the miners and people will trade it with volume.  These were all ideas in the works before, should still be on the table for now.

The lack of communication problem is coming from Poloniex. They take forever or do not ever respond to dev's emails, which is ridiculous. Markus and I are trying to figure out the best way to move forward. He wants to continue deving the QTL trader, but is not sure the route he wants to go to have the best chance at staying on Poloniex. We know the coin needs to be faster, especially after multi-pools rape it and leave it for 8 hours to find a block from the little miners. So either it needs just a diff retargeting fork, to make it recover faster from that situation, segwit or an algo change, or what Fyrstikken is proposing to put it on ETH as a token coinswap. The problem we see with that is that their is no more mining or pos or anything. The coin supply is just fixed at what it is at the swap time. But more importantly I can't really see Poloniex listing a QTL-ETH token, they don't just list 100 ETH tokens like Bittrex does, so there is a lot to think about and unfortunately until Polo gets back to Markus I don't know if a decision can be made. I will post this on both forums, and everyone please email Poloniex support and tell them what a great coin QTL is because of the trading tool and ask what they want to keep it listed. Will faster blocks be fine or a coinswap to ETH token? Once we know that we can move forward.

I love this new thing with all these coins to put up a lot of support at such a low level no one will sell into it.  I guess it is an attempt to make people feel there is a ton of interest.....

There is a lot of that these days.  Without knowing for sure Markus is back on board, and mind you, I have no reason not to trust Jimlite, I still have a lot of skepticism.  IF Markus is back, I expect some sort of reason why the absence AND some kind of reassurance that he is committed now.  I would also like to see more of a team instead of just one, but Markus would be enough for now.

One last hurrah with the coin would be the last greatest insult with this one.

Apparently lack of miners is the problem, thats the reason poloniex is going to delist it.
I agree theres no point in even making this trader with the coin as payment if they dont want the coins value to rise.
All I can think of is they slowly bought up coins at 500-2000 sats and are now offloading them for little profit. Very short sighted.

If Markus is back, he was very opposed to POS before.   I have no problem with mining the coin, just need to find a way to decrease the supply as it is used for the trader so that there is pressure to raise the price of the coin.  If that is not the goal, no sense in investing in it.  That is the very reason I liked this one from the start, it should be tailor made to cause a valuable coin if it is done right.
