Yes, it works.
5% Bittrex-Polo arb with enough coins on balances and default settings doesn't work.
Yes, it does work. I use it every day.
If you have it set at 5% it's probably just not finding any arb opportunities in your markets as 5% is pretty high.
Do you see that it is checking for arb opportunities and returning 'NO'? If so, then lower your % to 1-2%.
I have latest QTL trader, >10000 qtl at bittrex and default settings for arb: BTC holdings to use 100%, coin holdings to use 100%, min percentage 1%
Anyway, in that 5% case it said: Fail exceeded percentage allowed for arbitrage in Poloniex or balance =0
Ok well that means that either the arb opportunity was too small (it didn't meet the minimum order requirements for Polo/Bittrex) or it could also mean that Polo's API is buggy as it has been. They are working on updating their API and oftentimes it will return to QTL that your balance is 0 when it is not. If that is the case, there's not much we can do but wait for Polo to finish updating their API. Relaunching the QTL app may help in these instances as well.
I repeat, arb opportunity was 5%, 3% and now 1,38%. And treshold in QTL trader is default, 1%. Restarting app didn't help. So I do trading manually, third time)
Yeah, I don't think you understood what I was talking about. It sounds like perhaps the arb opportunity did not meet minimum order requirements and that is why it could not execute. Poloniex/Bittrex have minimum order requirements of .0005. An arb opportunity can meet the minimum % threshold you set in the app, but it still won't execute if it doesn't meet the exchanges' minimum order requirements.
The other possible culprit, as I have said, is that Poloniex's API was having a buggy moment.
I was going ask about the Arbitrage not working but in hindsight I think the minimum order value may very well be my problem.
EDIT:
It was user error on my part that was the cause. When using the newer version I forgot to save the keys and restart the program.Everything works as intended now.
