Are you using the latest version of the wallet - 1.0.3? If not just update, it should solve your sync issues, most likely.
Livecoin are still stuck with almost 100 blocks behind already...

im not trolling. The rewards are random now. Before it was gradually decreasing from ~470 per block.

Livecoin is stuck at block 16592, so deposits are not getting confirmed... the devs should work with them to resolve the sync issues.
Also if you are not using the latest wallet, make sure you update to version 1.0.3.0: https://github.com/ipbc-dev/ipbc-wallet/releases/

It went to 10$ so the devs or livecoin people sell it for themselves we cant sell because only transfer from wallet is taking too long i think it will take forever to transfer one of big shit. Its hard to mine and even harder to trade stupid...

how long it will take to transfer to livecoin wallet from GUI wallet its more than 30min
