We switched to this, because many users abused the system (by creating multiple accounts to get the free $5).

Yeah, there is no secret about this (this was the basic script on wich we developed the Bitvertise project)
Anyway ... it is a bit expensive (over 850$) than the one you use it to scam people (see the detailes here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/adsbitnet-just-another-scam-ad-network-1669038)

You must provide only basic info: name, address, email.
What you want to be asked: your dog/cat name? Wink

The minimum withdrawal (for publishers) is 5$
Maximum 3 ads in the same page (one of each size).
