Secure Sandbox
It is possible to install more than one sidechain subsystem on each BitWhite node, and the owner of BitWhite have no need to trust the developer of sidechain. To achieve this aim, a security mechanism is necessary. It is provided by the sandbox mechanism. BitWhite can protect owner's information from being stealed by sidechain code - there is totally no damage risk for the node's server.

DApp Store
Applications submitted by developers will be registered in the main chain, and users can browse, check and use them with their main chain wallet. An application will not be utilized until it is downloaded and installed by delegates, therefore delegates will be able to charge a certain maintenance fee, or collect a transaction fee as a witness of this application.

Decentralised voting
Currently witnesses of block production are generated by a voting system built in the main chain. BitWhite system will adjust the decentralisation level of the whole network according to the number of witness hence calculation power attack and mining pool centralisation issue could be prevented.

Developer Friendly
BitWhite system provides a series of application templates and SDK's that makes it possible rapid application development. With help of Node.js as development runtime and RDBMS as blockchain data storage, traditional WebApp developers are also able to easily take over the DAPP development technique.

- You must restart the node after the network is fully synchronized. If you do everything correctly, you will see a message when you start the node:

Description of Consensus New feature.
- The delegate rating will fall down, if the node stops working, by 0.01% every 101 blocks. The rating will be decreasing until inactive delegate
drops out of the top 101 list. Delegate can restore the work of the node and start creating blocks again, in such case rating will be increasing
by the similar way, + 0.01% every 101 bloks. Pay attention, that after dropping out from the top 101, delegate can be returned only by receiving
additional votes.

2. Added the minVersion parameter to disconnect the network from the old version in case of an update.

3. Represantatives:
Representatives are engaged in the promotion of BitWhite in its territory. These are public figures who are ready to speak at conferences, negotiate, communicate with people, and represent the interests of the BitWhite community. The representative is approved only by all DAO.

4. Administrators:

After technical updates we found out a critical network error. We are working on this issue and doing all the best to resolve it as soon as possible. At the same time we were observing the behavior of delegates to maintain the network. To ensure the best productivity of the network, we decided to add updates to the algorithm of the consensus logic. On this matter we temporary return 101 system delegates. The current logic will be the follwoing: If the delegate node doesn’t work for some time, his rating will fall down, regardless of the weight of his voice.
