What is funny they had decentralized exchange and 5m / 1000m is hmm 5% of all in one place...
Some remider BC n crypto rush lost 3m BC / 75m so similar ~4% of all and no roll back...
That was "save my bag" operation !
PS: Before i wanted buy dumped NXT at 100-500 sat but with rollback i won't touch that coin.
Is their exchange actually decentralized? From reading about it, it doesn't sound like it is. PM me of it's too off-topic.
This is why I tweeted 15.85% of all BC is held in cold storage of 3 exchanges right now. Get it off! Not even counting their hot wallets.

Thanks for your replies guys, I will heed your advice and stay away. It's a shame because they look fantastic, but it doesn't much matter if the card will never arrive.
I saw on the Blackcoin Foundation website that another card is supposedly in the works, but it looks like there haven't been any updates since May, so I'm not sure if it is still coming or not. Bumpy, if you find out anything on how to produce them post back here, maybe we can get enough interest to make a small order of them. :-)

Hey guys, are the Blackcoin cards still available? I heard one of the physiacal BC Cards was having some trouble with long waits, etc.

The Limited edition is available as far as I know. Standard is sold out. But as Subtuppel stated there was some controversy involving the person selling it. If you care, you can get more info about that.

If i were you i would never order one even if the website says they are available. The creator of this item turned out to be a thief and scammer, one of the many morally bankrupt creatures in the crypto world.

Well - I wonder if it's not risky to promote a tools that basically dump BC for Fiat. I guess it's a start - but we realy need to find ways to have merchands accepting BC directly (same for BTC or any other currency).
That being said - I would like to say that you BC guys are doing great. I still own some - and if I had to bet on a ''top 10 crypto with the best chances to survive and thrive'', I would put some money on BC. Keep going.

Also, if you ever want to succeed (and break out of the PnD stupidity of Mintpal etc.), i agree that the only way is EASY real world adoption. You need to have simple ways for "normal people" to accept as well as cash out BC (of course the price would rise if close to no one ever sold BC, but that would not be a currency but a collectors item

Using BC: CoinKite is making small but constant steps towards non-merchants using BC, and a customer debit card that converts coins will be another big step. There are also rumors about another massive step in that direction to be revealed soon.
If u look at say the bitcoin chart... or the blackcoin chart... etc the price goes up when the number of transactions go up.
So simply put the more its used the more its worth.

Start of the BC uptrend
With the BTC hitting lower and lower BC need a serious uptrend just to keep the value vs USD.
But at least it's a bit up in the last 24h.
Bitcoinwisdom charts are interesting. Seems like a lot of alts are going up in the last 24. Pretty weird.
No it is not weird. If BTC goes down new people waiting on the sidelines will buy BTC. I buy small amounts of BTC when the price goes down and buy BC. Get more BC per $
