220 satoshi's means a total market value of 220BTC (~125.000$) for all of BC.
I've seen 300 - 400 satoshi prices so far.

its a gaurranteed profit to the seller for a coin that does not yet have an exchange or any real value yet.
Two weeks from now it could be worth 100x that, or 0. Some seller will take it to ensure low risk profit, others will pass it up in hopes of hitting it big in a few days. =)
As a buyer, theres to high a risk to invest much more money into it.

Nobody has. It takes a long time to get coins matured.
I just took a quick look at the buy thread, are people high. 50k coins for 0.04 etc?
This coin is difficult as hell to mine

Can somebody tell me if this coin has potential in the exchange, I'm planning to mine this coin, a bit late but if there's potential to this then I will point one of my miners.
no one can really answer that. you just have to look at the info available and make your own assessment. It is not late, difficulty has dropped by large margin
