Guys, this disproportionate holder of BLUE you are talking about is the EtherDelta exchange smart contract. Just look for yourself, you can read the source code on it, and you can see that there are thousands of tokens in the account (because its an exchange, not a person)

They are copy/pasting the same bla bla bla ...about security + payment + the best token in the galaxy & all that shit with nothing to give but WORDS.
People should know that these tokens are made to be dumped as soon as you get your Air Drop, coz these kind of scammers can create dozens of tokens weekly & if they make 1 eth out of any of them they would satisfy the hell of them.
