Users with negative trust are disallowed

Users are permitted to submit only one article per user in all blog sites such as Medium/Steemit etc.
Article must have attribution at the bottom of it. (Unless a big channel, previously contacted)
Articles must be more than 700 characters
Articles must contain at least two links to EtherBlue.org, ANN thread, or twitter
Articles must contain at least one picture. Pictures must not breach copyright (You can use content from etherblue)
Videos must be at least 2 minutes long.
Videos must he attribution at the description of it. (Unless a big channel, previously contacted)
Each video/article will be assigned a modifier by the BLUE team, 0.5-20. Based on their quality and reach. 0.5 Being no reach, 20 being major publication
Submissions will be done in a separate form
