?The first thing people should do when they install a wallet is to back it up to thumb drive. If it's encrypted, then it's safe to have a couple of copies around.

Try removing all Bitradio-related entries from your registry and restarting the wallet. No need to download a new one.
How can I do that?
Shut the wallet down.
Win+R > regedit > find Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Bitradio\Bitradio-Qt branch and delete all, then start the wallet.

Because of the fix connections are lost to the server or reconnect counter is higher then 1. You must reload the radiopage.....
