If someone fills this out we can https://sharexcoin.com/votings start the voting at least. I tried but I couldn't find the github link I know its somewhere in this 80+ page thread
I will try to find that github and submit it to sharexcoin and the other exchanges I can find. I'm dedicated to this coin and I know that if a few other people are too we can all go far with this and make it work for California.
