Because xcicoin.org uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate expired on 11.01.2017 10:17. The current time is 13.01.2017 13:03.
The security certificate is related to the website and gives an error when loading.
If chrome browser, click advanced and proceed to website.

The transaction hash stated thusly in the democats block explorer until all info disappeared and the coins were back at my wallet. Quite a Puzzlement!

Check to make sure your time on your computer is correct. If its off by a few seconds this can happen.
