Why? I get you not doing it but mail-order cannabis is already common in every state/province with a medical program. Get one of them to start accepting it, let them deal with the patients and legality.
Just because two states both have medical marijuana laws, It's still a Federal crime to ship Marijuana across state boarders. I don't think it's just as easy as make it and they will come. Things in the real world move slowly and at a steadier pace most of the time, it's not crypto.
It's legal in Canada for certain retailers to ship cannabis anywhere in the country and others are restricted to their province. Not a big deal. You get some accepting it and other people will follow.
Also you're so very wrong about that number. It's 23 states and DC that have medical cannabis laws in place, Washington and Colorado have recreational laws.
Yeah that's true. I think it will be up to the Community to open up projects like that around CANN. I think I didn't state my first sentence very clearly. I was just hypothetically talking about 2 different states that have medical marijuana laws. I was not stating how many actually have laws in place. I was creating a scenario to get to my point which is that if you want mail order CANN buds, you will have to get a community member in each state to provide this service legally within that state.
