type in command line:

%appdata%

Go to catcoin map, copy/paste wallet.dat and catcoin.conf onto desktop. Delete catmap in %appdata%. Delete old version qt. Install new one. Run QT and close. Replace new wallet.dat with old one in %appdata% and copy/paste catcoin.conf back to %appdata%
