It is not important that someone decorate their announcement thread for getting the success but the loyalty of the developers is more important. But there are some people who when look at an attractive announcement then they do not feel bored to study on that thread for that reason you can redesign.

Target funds are vary per ICO.
Also to make an ICO a success, it does not only pointing to the collected funds but rather the community's support especially after the ICO. Look at Stratis, their collected funds is only 900+ btc, whic is really a small one compare to other ICO's, but established a good volume at some of the exchange (e.g Poloniex). It's really depend on the support of the community.

Give it time, maybe there are not fancy graphics at the moment but the important thing is the project in itself, I’m sure as time goes on the op will give it an overhaul.

obviously there are second interests in many of the preceding posts prior to mine! sure everyone wants to make a point of saying something constructive but doing just a bit of research from many peoples posts before this campaign of social media tells the truth of that person! i have already posted my thoughts of this coin and project and i think it does have good potential but only if the devs keep up with their interest and dont fall shy like so many other devs with other coins before them!
Well seeing how much they are rewarding, people will say anything to get their hands on it. It is sad to see how many people that join signature campaigns act like beggars.

There is also some downside on advertising in social medias. Specially in twitter there are many accounts with fake followers which doesn't make any difference or doesn't have any importance. Rather than getting some investors social media campaigns prior to ICO is good for creating early buzz. 
for all forms of advertising whether they are banner ads on bitcoin related website, signature campaigns or social medias,... there is always some downside. even when you post banners on the highways there is downside of people ignoring it.
but what are you going to do!

Chain of Points Technology Chain is a new technology, it marks a new step forward in the ease and convenience. thereby bringing more profit, efficiency and reduce costs for users. This really is a good technology. While blockchain are having troubles in handling the transaction, then this could be the solution that solved, I am very excited and looking forward to experience it. it is a wonderful thing. I feel quite excited with this project. I came across the website, their team is quite good and of high quality. What I like here is the difference, combining functionality cryptocurrency programmed to act as the techniques of the industry. Its technology is also an advantage, built using technology blockchain, a modern technology that simple. This can help users easily understood and can be quickly used. I signed up to receive newsletters and wait Crowdsale end. I also join their signature campaign. I hope that will help make a better campaign. Hopefully this project will be a success

I was a huge fan of COVAL and LOYYAL when they announced their reward project but then LOYYAL became it's own thing and COVAL is on a different path now.
I believe if it can be done right Chain of Points can take advantage of the massive rewards industry, I will keep a close eye on this one.

What's the purpose of twitteraudit? They are aware of that if COP will make a social media campaign and I think it will be good way to advetiseICO is live now glad to hear and I will support this nice project

It seems like the high value of bitcoin is slowind down the crowdsale: usually the first days with the higher bonuses sell out very quickly. Marketing needs to be powered a bit.
When bitcoin price is increasing like these weeks, users take more time before deciding to invest or not. Its possible that they will need more articles on crypto related websites.

I am watching this one -I haven't invested any Bitcoins for the ICO because they are usually not worth it. Chain of Points looks like it has a good team and with the ICO ending on March 31st, 2017 00:00 GMT I am wondering if the coins distribution will begin on that time?
I know that Chain of Points is kind of new plus with only 13 participants and a total of 7.34 BTC invested, will the project continue if that amount was unchanged?
