It's about keeping promises and stablizing prices as well as investor confidence. If you say a wallet is going to be released by this weekend, and then tuesday rolls around with nothing, a lot of panicky investors are going to start dumping and destroy the price yet again, which jeopardizes the rep of the coin, no matter how good the coin may be. Yea a majority of us are holding for long term, but the long term is just a bunch of these short term releases and price jumps. Price stability is important to the longevity of the coin imho.

Nobody said we're rushing them, I just gave you the reason why a release is important, simply because it was promised on a due date. Prices will change, they will go up, and in the slight chance they dont, they will at least stabilize. And you'd be a fool to think investors are confident in the current market. The price was higher 2 weeks ago after the announcement of the EM wallet than it is now, after EM was released. What does that tell you? It tells me people don't realize the significance of the EM feature and are too busy panic selling to greedy whales..because they are not confident enough to hold.

the only way this update will change the price is if pumpers pump at the same time as the release, i don't think they will. so cinni will have to rise naturally and it will take time. you will not see a price jump on release of wallet unless pumpers pump on the same time because the update is priced in.

I am there with you on this one. I have programming background and work in quality assurance and bug testing long time ago. Dev should not be saying it will be released, unless they are 1000% sure. You dont give ETA without working product. Once you have the product, you give the ETA. In the mean time, you do bug testing and see if it does any effect in the network. Does it do anything it should not be doing? It has been long time, since I was a programmer. Shifted to networking side. I was not the greatest coder anyways. I wish I had recent experiences in quality assurance and up to date with todays programming world. So I could offer my skill to the devs. It has been 9 years since I coded my last software in C++.

Yep. No way I am selling my cinni. So far, I have close to 8BTC worth of cinni. I will only sell, once I have enough to pay off a house outright. May be I play around with 2btc sell high, buy back low. But once this wallet release is out, it will slowly climb to 20satoshi. Ance the anon transaction done, will hit to 30-35K. Once merged BTC-CINNI wallet is out, it will hit to 50 satoshi. By the end of the year, this coin will be close to 0.001 BTC. There will be times it will fluctuation, go uo and down. But in the long run, it will go up. Stupid POT coin with no feature, no offering and no point doubled in price in less than 2 weeks. And coin like this with all these great features and active devs going down this hard. This does not make sense. Would be bargain for this coin at 15satoshi and we hit to 11satoshi.

why do you need the wallet update to be released now?
it does not need to be released now at all.

I dont need the wallet update at all. But some people are weak and get nervous for their .002 btc will be half when they wake up. I wont sell my 60K cinni even after anon transaction update. Because this coin has the most features and will go to 0.01 one day which is almost 100x.
If DRK went all the way to 0.015 with just anon transaction, cinni promises more. So at least should hit to 0.01. It wont be tomorrow, but people with patience will win big.

whoever is panic selling, for your own sake stop. You know the devs are active, transparent and always deliver (sometimes with delay, but nonetheless they deliver everytime). Why would you sell this low when upon release you know it's going to go up?

So? how long to release the anon transfers wallet, though was today?
They said tonight. We wait patiently. Came in about 6hrs ago stating it will be a couple hours. I suspect they had more testing, and running longer than expected.
They always deliver. No worries!!!
