successfully purchased banner ad campaign over on coinmarketcap.com

Wow  Shocked
You are really pushing the limit on the promotion. I don't think most developers took out ad on their coins. Take us to the moon ..

There's no doubt they have the required funding.

The dev has not answered are they going to liquidate the coins for btc as soon as trading starts? He has also not proven to me anyone has loaned him 25k. Where is proof of this to justify the 33% premine?

We are not converting the premine into Bitcoin since most of the bounties will be paid with XCloudcoin not Bitcoin. The Seed fund is in cash not in bitcoin.

See the discribution schedule of the premine.

20% Xcloudcoin signup bonus program
30% Promotional Campaign
50% operational costs

Why would the need to liquidate the coins immediately since there is an ICO?

Yes unfortunately believeing it was 3% premine.

1 Everyone is paying the same price for CLD, no one is going to want to dump for cheap, not even the devs.
2 The price will increase because no miners were involved and less dumping.
3 If 500,000 or less coins are sold, the price will rapidly increase because it will be severely under priced.

I personally think you are worrying over nothing.

You have a valid points because most IPO/ICO coins are dumped due to bonus offered to early investors and miner getting it for cheap because you can't calculate the fair price for the mining period.

Everyone paid the same price in XCloudcoin so the price will hold up.

Premine is not an issue Crypti raised over 750 BTC and the dev still kept 25%. The original xcloudcoin premine was 3% until the ICO term was changed

Looking to run an Ad banner campaign on https://coinmarketcap.com/

help us choose witch banner to use:

Number 1 is okay. I knew about Xcloudcoin from your ad on https://www.altcoincalendar.info/ . Just ignore the trolls Coinmarketcap is a huge plaform and im sure the ad will attract more people into xcloudcoin.

I already said it before, you can clone Litecoin and sell it same price as Bitcoin as long you promote your coins which most dev are greedy to do. There's a lot of money to be made on this coin. Keep up the good work!

Thank you Wulfcastle for the info.

I have already reached out to Bittrex to get them to look into this. They are holding the BTC in escrow so i am very sure they would be interested in this development.

I have also asked them to see if they were aware of the fact that the likely premine (if we forget everything above) is going to be 33%+

Did you invest yet?

Lol.. This kids playing super hero. I was here from the beginning and the decentralized anonymity is for the mixed request on the coin source. XCloudcoin already  stated there will be no illicit content on their system.

He don´t need to mention that, cause it´s a "OPEN SOURCE", so there´s no licences. Also, how you can say "it´s impossible" if the coin it´s not lauched? And, it can be scam cause the ico it´s on Bittrex, so if the dev don´t do what it says here on the lauch, he it´s not going to get the money from bittrex.

All the alt coins are based on Bitcoin, that makes alt coins scams? And bitcoin it´s based in a lot of crypto proyects, that makes bitcoin scam?

I never mentioned anything about licenses. I know that Bittrex is providing escrow, but I bet he was banking on the thought that nobody would find out about this before Bittrex handed over the escrow funds.

Now explain to me this :
  • Why exactly wouldn't dminer69 post that XCloudcoin is based fully on ownCloud?
  • Why would he claim that these are XCloudcoin's features when in fact it's just ownCloud rebranded?
  • Explain to me how XCloudcoin is supposed to be decentralized in any way when everything is hosted on one server.
  • Explain to me how dminer69, intends to create a wallet for a decentralized currency that needs to work inside software designed to run off a single server, especially when that software is PHP-based and there are few if any PHP-libraries for Bitcoin let alone other crypto-currencies.

Thank you Wulfcastle for the info.

Well you see there is a difference. I have no problem with anyone using Open Source code, but using it and then claiming all work to be yours, that is not correct. In Android, if an OEM decides to use Android they have to state that the phone they sell utilizes Android.

dminer69, has neither said nor given credit to the fact that XCloudcoin is wholly based on ownCloud. I wonder if the "angel investors" know about this. Finally, as you said, this is something new, but innovative? Hardly.

But you are assuming the terms and conditions of ownCloud requires anyone using the platform to disclose it is based on ownCloud. That is like someone using PHP and disclose their website was developed in PHP. No one does that. As a standalone product it might not be innovative, but being re-purposed for crypto it is innovative.

No, that is not a legal issue but rather an ethical issue, which goes to show how untrustworthy dminer69 is. These "angel investors", could put over $25K into this (hypothetically), under the false assumption that dminer69 developed these features for XCloudcoin, only to find out that these exact features are not exclusive to XCloudcoin and can be replicated/used by anyone who doesn't make use of or own XCloudcoin.

It's like paying $5 for a glass of water at a restaurant, only to find out that they serve them for free.

There are plenty technical issues I raised as well in my previous posts.
