Yep, they have to make sure that PoSA is ready for future additions like One market etc. It takes time and a LOT of work and test to bulletproof it.

I use observ a richlist and there is more investor richcer than ever. There are >10 000 clakcoin - 84 people and >4000 cloakcoin - 186 people.
Alot of people including me have their cloak on an exchange.
