The payouts are very high and they keep it very high. I was wondering the same thing but I think I remember reading that they are using their reserves to pay for the maintenance costs.

If it is to buy a minimum of 50 gh/s, than as stated just above , the site will tell you instructions. However, as far as i am aware, there is no address to send to if you wanted to buy, for example, 1 gh/s or 10 gh/s, as far as i know, it has to be a minimum of 50 gh/s (this doesn't include the reinvestment option). Would be nice if people could buy 10 gh's, as not everyone is btc rich

Once you order the amount of Ghs that you want you will get a address to send the amount you bought the contract to. Once it's received it will automatically (or manually by clicking on the green refresh button in contracts) activate.

Until some evidence of legitimacy is provided, they're not a cloud mining service at all. They're some shady person/group that refuses to provide evidence of legitimacy that you handed money over to and they drip-feed it back to you. That sounds exactly like a ponzi to me.

When they provide pictures of their DC, the miners they use and proof that they actually have the hashing power they claim, then they can claim to be a cloud mining service. Until then, they're just another ponzi.

We've got a lot of messages claiming that users have not received payouts.

Our advice in this situation before contacting support:

If you think you have not received your payout, chances are that you actually have received your payout.

1) Check your payout address for a payment from us (our address starts with 1CMR)
2) Check if you have re-invested your account balance on the day of or the day before the payout
3) If no payment, do it again
4) Contact us

So far 99.5% of the the users who claim to not have received their payouts have either been re-investing their coins or actually have received their payouts.
