I asked Cloudminr if they were mining alt coins when possible and they do mine alt coins with the GHS then sell them for BTC and add it to the revenue.
What alt coins are you/Cloudminr "mining"? If you "don't know" could you "ask them"?
This "service" is so obviously a ponzi that you have to be pretty much brain dead not to be able to figure that out.
I see it and understand the risk

And yet the actual ASIC manufacturers who create the miners and sell them to these "services" can't even manage half that payout with their own cloud mining services, which get miners at cost and have cheap electricity (~$0.07/kWh for AMHash).
Unless they have free electricity, no hardware exists that would allow such high payouts.
so sell out your hardware, find free electricity source and stop being so jealous

Awesome !!! So, after changing people's payout address, you are giving one day notice to contact you back ! You have no backup of people's account data from where you can restore the original addresses !! At a cloud mining facility, people have to worry everyday when the service owner is changing his email ID and blaming some fictitious malware !!! Reminds me of hashie, who deleted their referral table and blamed some hack a month before vanishing in the thin air
For your information, only around 10 - 12 addresses were changed. DiCE1904's payment being the largest at ~0.17 BTC. All others were <0.04 BTC. The largest users with up to and over 3 BTC weekly payouts were not affected.
It makes no sense whatsoever to accuse us of changing our users payout addresses. Not to mention, it is not possible.
Moreover, it was not a one day notice. We were informing our users about the issue whole week as well as implemented security tokens on Saturday morning.
Also, we do make backups every day. At that point could not have known that the ~10 addresses were changed without users consent. Ever since, we have implemented additional security.
