You can ask for a VIP code on cloudminr.io by clicking on support, they seem to respond faster there.

The number of available coins is going up only when cloudminr mines a block (or the pool they are using mine a block) so I think it is normal that the number doesn't increase all the time but only every once in a while.

Now I see 0 total orders.

Am I so unlucky that even unpaid orders disappeared from me?

BTW, is it normal that all 15 orders made in different days were unpaid?

I dont see where you get that my dashboard says 1-11-15 just as before people was saying it said 1-5-2015 for payment. Then again like you said maybe large fish that make alot of bitcoin get daily payouts now and they was getting weekely payments before is only thing i can think of. You are right, my address was changed to an address not owned by me. I guess I should of checked my account more regularly.
Im not upset about it by any means as it does happen. But it would be nice to implement some sort of 2fa, either the google app on the phone or a confirmation email to make those kind of changes.
