We're actually scheduled to release the wallets and allow people to start their masternodes on Wednesday 6/27. It will be a busy week for us for sure. :-)

How much do you want to raise in total and how many programmers are on the team to quickly develop this?
Good question. There are three main people (you can see it in our whitepaper) working on this. Everything has already been built, we are just in final testing. We have already funded everything initially and are looking to raise additional capital to bring on more developers. We don't NEED the funds for presale, it would just help us bring on more developers sooner.
We have 1 developer dedicated to the code who is doing a great job. If you are someone you know is a developer and would like to join the team, reach out to us at [email protected].

what if the collegicoin has little value when you award the scholarship coins? is the allotted number of coins fixed for that or will change depending on the current market value?
We currently have it set to award the same number of coins a masternode would cost. This would remain constant. We're very willing to change this amount if the value isn't enough to benefit the recipients.
good because high chance that once it hit the exchanges, the price fluctuates very easily. i hope you will reach that stage of awarding that scholarship. i know it will not change the world but most of the projects will just make a program to entice users but the truth is, its far from realisation
