When the COMMOD qt wallet is available (which should be later today), you'll be able to copy the wallet.dat from your Komodo appdata folder into the COMMOD appdata folder.

Try the latest update of the AtomicDEX app, because it now includes a functioning COMMOD wallet and trading.
For desktop wallets, the finished Ocean QT should be available soon.

not sure what you are trying, but without chain params and parent node addresses you can't connect to the chain via CLI.
