If this coin is to succeed I think a few things must be done.
2. On the issue of the missing coins, I can't understand how "all efforts" as described by the OP were used to recover the data when the hard drive was said to have failed only that morning, exhausting all efforts to recover lost data is not a 2 hours and I'm done type of job. If there is a failed hard drive with this data on it then an effort, a real and exhaustive effort, should be explored to recover this data even up to paying a fee for a 3rd party to recover the data perhaps with funds raised by the community. If after truly exhausting all efforts to recover the data we find that the funds are indeed lost then there must be complete transparency as to how this situation will be remedied and ideally the decision will be put to a community vote before a final decision is made.

We need a better description of the broken hard drive symptoms.
Does it refuse to spin up, is it making a beeping sound, is it clicking, can it not be accessed by a laptop, is it no longer seen as a drive in My Computer?
Specialist companies can fix any of these problems and recover data from a hard drive, often for as little as $120.
We could sell a few stakes to pay for it and restore confidence in COMM quickly.

How do you know for certain? He would only make a few bitcoins if everyone dumps down to 1 sat like you want. It looks like you are trying to make everyone panic sell, so you can buy all the coins for a few bitcoins.
There is already discussion of fixing the problem by doing a coin swap like androids tokens.
Using a data recovery company to get the data back is just another option.
Oh good grief! Are there actually 500 people posting in this thread that got coins? NO! Look at that list of usernames and match it up with people that have done anything for this coin or have even been posting. They've been selling since it hit the exchange and was worth more.

Many of the people getting the comm in the rounds were just accounts controlled by these guys. They've been dumping millions since it hit the exchanges.
Don't people wonder why the main goal was to get this on the exchanges before anything was even developed? Your not a community. You're a collection of recipients of free coins. Those wallets don't need to be touched because they dispersed the coin to themselves. Why do you think so many people didn't get coin in the second round? It went to the dev and his buddies.

Of course the dev will not dump the wallet until the markets have gained more liquidity.
If they are scamming they would wait for the right moment, which is when there is more volume.

If it's going to happen it would of happened just like eToken, I don't see it happening in this coins case as we haven't been through the wash with DEV's & Relaunches.

For one like me who purchased from exchanges in good faith it is a complete scam and easy to see how DEV could profit from it with small short term gains, the sad fact is there was much much more to be gained here in the long term.

That's the magic of free distributed coins. Even if the price dump to the bottom, there is nothing to loss for the stakeholders.

What about the people that bought on the exchanges and are now stuck holding the bag. Sure they took a risk but the risk was unfair since this was a con from the beginning.
