I would say you can just multiply 120 seconds * the number of confirmations needed by the exchange. Maybe 1 or 2 blocks more before the dev log in and dump the coins.

Read the OP, It says on the roadmap that concoin will launch on May 2017 . I'm sure the campaign manager will give use some instructions what to do when it releases, to claim our concoins since the campaign will end on thursday .

Yes it is but as long as the devs are serious about this, nothing is really impossible . But I'm also agreeing to what other people says that dev should hire a graphic designer and add more info in the OP, I think the signature campaign will be more effective if dev does that . But their website is good as it is . The link is in the Op
